ABS Single Deck Bread/Pizza/Baking Oven withSteam Injector and Expandable Decks

For sale is a used electric deck oven great for bread/pizza/general bakingneeds. The oven is modular, so you can add additional decks as your businessgrows for a decently affordable price (compared to large deck ovens). Thecurrent deck is a 3 pan size. The oven is 3 phase, has a steam injector (connect to water line), and rolls onwheels with a good amount of space for storage underneath. I used this as abread oven for a small farmer's market based business and got great results. Iwas injured a year ago and shut everything down, and had this put in safestorage. It's not the lightest thing in the world, but far from immovable. I can also arrange in person viewing if you would like.
