Add greater efficiency and baking capacity to your restaurant, school kitchen, bakery, cafeteria or cafe by choosing this Blodgett DFG-100 natural gas single deck full size convection oven! This convection oven features a direct fired gas system, an electronic spark ignition control system, and a manual gas service cut-off switch on the front of the unit for safe operation and a long product life. The solid state thermostat offers a wide temperature range, from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the two speed, 3/4 hp convection motor ensures even temperatures throughout the oven cavity. The interior of this oven's cavity is covered with a dual-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner. This oven can hold up to (5) 18" x 26" sheet pans in left to right position.

It has 11 rack positions with a minimum of 1 5/8 spacing. Three chrome plated racks provide support for all of your heaviest baking trays. The stainless steel front, sides, and top allow durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance while 2 of insulation at the top, back, sides, and bottom help to prevent heat from escaping for greater energy conservation. The doors feature dual pane thermal glass encased in stainless steel door frames, along with powder-coated door handles. Simultaneous door operation lets you open both doors with a single motion, a great option for busy bakeries that need to quickly load and unload trays.

In addition, the triple-mounted pressure lock door design keeps the doors securely closed when needed. The oven rests on 27 tall stainless steel legs with rolling casters (included in measurement). It provides a 45,000 BTU output and requires a 115V electrical connection to operate the convection fan.

This is a used oven, has some dings and signs of wear from normal use, also some discoloration between the glass door panes, tested and in good working condition. 38"w x 58"h x 37d. 44"w x 64"h x 43d. Equipment Policies PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Used Equipment: We stock a tremendous amount of used equipment. These items fall under different categories.

Some items are in good shape when we receive them and require minimal cleaning and no refurbishing. Other items require dismantling and replacement of parts in addition to painting and refinishing.

The pictures posted in our listings are actual pictures of the items for sale and we always try to describe our items as best as possible. If the picture shows that an item is missing a red nob on the handle, then dont expect the item to arrive with the red handle on the knob. Our owner has run a successful Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair business for over 23 years, and tests each item to be sure it works as it should.

That is not to say that he goes through the whole wiring diagram and checks every single connection. Products listed as "Tested & Working" or in working condition are exactly that. Something like a light bulb not working or a timer bell not functioning does not affect the working condition of an item and these things may occur.

If no current specs or information is available, we will match it to the closest product. Also please make sure the item will fit through your door ways. For example some double stack convection ovens will not fit through standard doors and will have to be separated and laid on there side in order to get it in. You must be prepared to do that. We don't know your building and have know way of telling you if it will.

Please keep in mind our hours of operation. Within our policies, we are always willing to make customers happy. If you do not communicate with us, we cannot help you. Items listed as "Not Tested" or "As Is" are exactly that. We have not tested them and we do not imply that they work. What you see is what you get. Even though we crate, palletize, and use protective materials on our items, we sometimes cannot control mishandling or damages that may occur while in transit. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the Bill of Lading that the driver gives you to sign. If you do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, you will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible.

If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver is obligated to wait. If you are running a business out of your home, you are still classified as a residence. This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck, which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground.

You must have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance. It is your job to make sure the vehicle you arrive in can accommodate the equipment you are picking up.

We are always more than willing to assist our clients in loading equipment as long as the vehicle can accommodate the item(s). Please make sure that you are prepared and have tools, stretch wrap, straps, rope, blankets, cardboard, etc. We do NOT supply these items. All equipment is designed to be transported in its original vertical position.

We do NOT authorize any diagnosis or repair on the merchandise without our written consent. Any unauthorized tampering or repair(s) will void any return. This is simply unfair and wrong.
