Commercial Electric Smoker, Cookshack Model SM150. It is NSF Approved, USDA Approved and ETL Listed in the USA and Canada as Commercial Cooking Equipment.As near as I can determine, the major difference between the SM150 and the SM 160 is that the SM150's sides are painted black, while the SM160 has a stainless steel exterior and a USB port. The smoker is on locking casters, so it is easy to move around but will stay in place when in use. It runs on 115 VAC at 15 amps and has a standard power plug. It needs a dedicated electrical service. It is intended for indoor use but requires ventilation. I ran it under a standard smoke hood. I no longer have the original manual but do have a PDF version. The best feature of this smoker is the controller. You can set the cooking temperature and time, the hold temp, put in your meat and wood, and not worry about it again.
It even has presets for the most common items. It requires very little wood to produce excellent results.
